Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

An individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject"), in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," acting freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, is informed and explicitly gives (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") to Limited Liability Company "EUROPRODUCT" (INN 5027240707, OGRN 1165027054576), registered at: 140080, Moscow Region, Lytkarino Urban District, Lytkarino, ZIL Children’s Town territory, building 61, e-mail: hello@tamakifood.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), consent to the processing of their personal data under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.

2. The processing of personal data includes, among other things:

· clarification (updating, modification);

· extraction;

· destruction.

3. The Consent is specific, informed, conscious, and unequivocal.

4. The Consent is given for the processing of personal data that do not belong to special categories of personal data or biometric personal data, in the volume necessary to achieve the purposes of their collection:

5. If available and voluntarily provided by the data subject, the following may also be processed:

Images (photos, videos) submitted by the data subject (e.g., for publication on the website, in a profile, etc.);

Other information voluntarily submitted by the data subject that is necessary for the Operator to fulfill contractual obligations or provide services.

6. The Data Subject’s consent remains valid until the purpose is achieved, the consent is withdrawn, or the period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation expires.

7. Consent may be withdrawn by the data subject or their representative by sending a written or electronic request to LLC "EUROPRODUCT" at the Operator’s postal address or via email at hello@tamakifood.com.

8. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator is entitled to continue processing the personal data without consent if there are legal grounds as specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

I am informed of my right to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal may be submitted in writing in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including via email to: hello@tamakifood.com or by regular mail to: 140080, Moscow Region, Lytkarino urban district, Lytkarino, ZIL children's town, building 61.

I am aware of my rights and obligations as stipulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, in particular, the right to access my personal data while this consent is valid. I understand that in the event of withdrawal of consent by me or my representative, the Company has the right to continue processing the data if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". I also acknowledge that the photographs/images contained in the documents I have provided will not be used by the Company for identification purposes.
