User Agreement
1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a public offer and defines the terms and conditions under which Users may use the materials and services provided on the website available on the Internet at https://tamakifood.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The Website is owned by LLC "EUROPRODUCT" (full legal name: Limited Liability Company "EUROPRODUCT", registered at: 61, ZIL Children’s Town, Lytkarino Urban District, Lytkarino, Moscow Region, 140080, Russia, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1165027054576).
The Website is designed to familiarize potential customers with EUROPRODUCT LLC, its product range, to promote consumer demand, and to provide the opportunity to place orders.
This Agreement applies to all information that EUROPRODUCT LLC (OGRN 1165027054576) may receive about the User during their use of the Website, services, platforms, and software (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).
All current Services as well as any future developments and/or additions shall fall under this Agreement.
The Company may unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. The updated version of the Agreement enters into force upon its publication on the Website at: https://tamakifood.com/. The current version of the Agreement is always available at this link.
If the User does not agree with any changes to the Agreement, they must cease using the Website.
2. Terms and Definitions Used in This Agreement
LLC "EUROPRODUCT", Company — a legal entity established in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
Website — the online resource located at https://tamakifood.com, which may include or directly contain files, information, software, illustrations, photographs, and similar materials that are subject to copyright, trademarks, service marks, or other similar or related rights of EUROPRODUCT LLC or Website Users.
Agreement — the contractual arrangement between EUROPRODUCT LLC and the User of the Website.
Services — all services available for use on the Website.
Personal Information — any information the User voluntarily provides about themselves while using the Website and/or during registration (account creation) or order placement on the Website, including, but not limited to, the User’s personal data.
Personal data permitted by the data subject for distribution — personal data to which access is granted to an unlimited number of persons by the data subject through consent, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
Personal Account — a personalized section of the Website that provides the User with a set of tools to place orders from the online catalog and access personalized Website Services.
Personal Data Operator — EUROPRODUCT LLC.

User — an individual or legal entity using the Website’s services or specific Website features.
3. Use of the Website
3.1. Viewing Content made publicly available on the Website does not require mandatory registration by the User. Access to other functional features or Services of the Website is only available after the User completes the registration process.
3.2. All elements accessible via the Website—including design components, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, software, databases, and other items—as well as any content posted on the Website, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
3.3. The use of any content or other elements of the Website is only permitted within the functional framework provided by the Website. No content from the services or Website may be used in any other way without prior authorization from the rights holder. Usage includes, but is not limited to: reproduction, copying, adaptation, distribution on any basis, framing, and so on. Exceptions are only allowed as expressly provided by applicable Russian Federation law.
3.4. The User is not permitted to transfer, sell, publish, move, reproduce, modify, or otherwise transform materials from the Website, either in whole or in part, without the written consent of LLC "EUROPRODUCT". Personal, non-commercial use of content and elements of the services is permitted only if all copyright notices, related rights, trademarks, authorship notifications, and the author's name (or pseudonym)/rights holder's name are preserved unchanged, and the content itself remains unaltered. Exceptions are only allowed as expressly provided by applicable Russian law.
3.5. The User is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying elements of the Website that are protected by copyright, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without obtaining the proper authorization from the rights holders.
3.6. The Company has the right to take all lawful measures to protect its intellectual property rights with respect to the Website and its Services.
3.7. The provisions of this Agreement relating to User warranties and liabilities shall remain in effect indefinitely.
4. User Registration. User Account
4.1. To register and create a unique user account, the User must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the registration form and keep this information up to date. If the User provides incorrect information, or if LLC "EUROPRODUCT" has reason to believe that the information is incomplete or inaccurate, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block or delete the User’s account and deny access to its Services (or specific functions of the Website).
4.2. If the registration data does not allow for the User’s identification, LLC "EUROPRODUCT" has the right to deny access to the User account and the use of Services.
4.3. During registration, the User independently chooses a login (the login being the User’s phone number and email address) and a password to access the account, and also fills in other required data in the registration form. LLC "EUROPRODUCT" reserves the right to prohibit the use of certain logins and to set requirements for logins and passwords (e.g., length, permitted characters, etc.).
4.4. The User is solely responsible for ensuring the security (resistance to guessing) and confidentiality of the credentials used to access their account. The User is also solely responsible for all actions (and their consequences) performed through or using the Services under their account, including any cases of voluntary sharing of login credentials with third parties under any terms (including by contract or agreement). All actions taken through the Services under the User’s account shall be considered as performed by the User, unless the User notifies LLC "EUROPRODUCT" in accordance with the next clause of this Agreement about unauthorized access or suspected breach of confidentiality.
4.5. The User must immediately notify LLC "EUROPRODUCT" of any case of unauthorized (i.e., not permitted by the User) access to the Services via their account and/or any violation (or suspected violation) of the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4.6. LLC "EUROPRODUCT" reserves the right to block or delete a User’s account, as well as to restrict access to certain Services through any account without explanation, including in cases where the User violates the terms of this Agreement or applicable Russian law, or if the account has not been used for more than 24 months.
4.7. The User may delete their account at any time by contacting LLC "EUROPRODUCT"’s Customer Support Service or, if such functionality is available, by disabling it through the Website.
5. Purposes of Collecting and Processing Personal Information
5.1. The confidentiality of the User’s personal data is maintained. The Administration uses the User’s personal data solely to ensure the quality provision of services and their proper accounting.
5.2. LLC "EUROPRODUCT" collects, processes, and stores only the personal information necessary to provide Services and/or process the User’s order from the Website catalog.
5.3. LLC "EUROPRODUCT" carries out automated, non-automated, and mixed processing of personal data by means of collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction for the following purposes:
· registration and identification of parties within contracts with LLC "EUROPRODUCT";
· processing and receiving the User’s order;
· delivery of goods to the User;
· providing the User with effective customer support;
· providing the User with personalized Services;
· communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of Services, provision of services, as well as processing User requests and inquiries;
· improving the quality of Services, convenience of use, development of new Services and offerings;
· informing the User about events and promotions conducted by LLC "EUROPRODUCT";
· conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data for sending newsletters.
5.4. Due to the nature of how information is obtained, LLC "EUROPRODUCT" does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by the User and does not control its relevance. However, LLC "EUROPRODUCT" assumes that the User provides truthful personal information in the registration form and maintains it in an up-to-date state. The User bears full responsibility and consequences for providing inaccurate or outdated personal data.
6. Terms of Personal Data Processing
6.1. LLC "EUROPRODUCT", in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ, is the Personal Data Operator and processes Users’ personal data (including first name, last name, patronymic, email address, gender, postal address, work and mobile phone numbers, company name, position, IP address information, cookie data, browser information, and location).
6.2. By using the Website, the User grants the Company permission to process their personal data by the methods and for the purposes specified in this Agreement and in the “Policy on Personal Data Processing and Compliance with Personal Data Protection Requirements,” available at: https://tamakifood.com/politika-users/consent-to-the-processing-of-personal-data/ .
6.3. The confidentiality of the User’s personal data is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access to an unlimited circle of persons.
6.4. LLC "EUROPRODUCT" protects the User’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and is responsible for employing secure methods of personal data protection.
6.5. To protect the User’s personal data, ensure proper use, and prevent unauthorized and/or accidental access, LLC "EUROPRODUCT" applies necessary and sufficient technical and organizational measures. Personal data provided by the User is stored on servers with restricted access located within the Russian Federation in secured premises.
6.6. LLC "EUROPRODUCT" may transfer the User’s personal data (including to organizations responsible for recording, systematizing, accumulating, clarifying, storing, extracting personal data, directly sending special offers, information about new products and promotions, processing inquiries and appeals, as well as destroying personal data) to third parties in the following cases:
The User has explicitly given consent to such actions when filling out forms containing personal information;
The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of established legal procedures.
7. User Changes to Personal Information
7.1. The User may at any time modify (update, supplement) the personal information they have provided, or any part thereof, as well as adjust privacy settings by using the personal information editing function in the Personal Account section.
7.2. The User has the right to request the deletion of the personal information they have provided at any time by sending a written or electronic statement to LLC "EUROPRODUCT" at the Company’s postal address or via email to hello@tamakifood.com with the subject line: "Change of Personal Information."
7.3. To unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional mailings, please click the corresponding link at the bottom of the email.
8. Agreement Confirmation
8.1. Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it possesses the necessary legal capacity and authority required to enter into and execute this Agreement under its terms.
8.2. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the relevant section of this Agreement, this Agreement comes into force upon the User’s acceptance of its terms as follows: by starting to use the Website/its specific functions and Services, the User is deemed to have accepted all terms of the Agreement fully, without any reservations or exceptions. If the User disagrees with any of the terms of the Agreement, the User is not permitted to use the Website’s functionality.
8.3. If LLC "EUROPRODUCT" makes any changes to the Agreement in accordance with this Agreement and the User disagrees with such changes, the User must cease using the Website’s functionality.
8.4. Checking the box to receive promotional mailings constitutes the User’s full consent to receive information about special offers, new products, and promotional campaigns via electronic communications networks (including, but not limited to, SMS and email mailings) and to the processing of their personal data through collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, and use, performed with or without automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, for the purpose of organizing the delivery of special offers, information about new products and promotional campaigns, and processing inquiries and requests.
8.5. LLC "EUROPRODUCT" makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Website functions 24/7 but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance work, nor does it guarantee the full or partial operability of the Website.
9. Changes to the Agreement
The Agreement may be changed by LLC "EUROPRODUCT" without any special notification. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Internet unless otherwise specified. If the User continues to use the Website after such changes come into effect, the User confirms their acceptance of the changes. If at any time the User cannot comply with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Website’s functionality.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10.2. If any provision of the Agreement is deemed invalid by a court, such invalidity does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
10.3. This Agreement comes into effect for the User from the moment they access the Website/Service and remains valid indefinitely.
10.4. In all matters not regulated by the terms of this Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
