Bagel with red fish and poached egg

1. Lightly brown the bagel halves in a dry frying pan. 2. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut the flesh into slices. 3. Cut the salmon fillet. 4. Prepare a poached egg. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt, reduce heat so it doesn't boil too much, and carefully break the egg (for convenience and to reduce "rags", you can first break it into a fine sieve, let the excess liquid drain, and then put it in the saucepan). Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring the water lightly so that nothing sticks. Remove with a slotted spoon. 5. Spread cream cheese on the bottom of the bagel, arrange the avocado pieces. Top with arugula, fish slices and a poached egg. Pour the Spicy sauce on the top of the bagel, cover the filling.
