Tonkatsu sauce is one of the most adored sauces in Japan. We call it Japanese ketchup.

The cooking process takes a long time, during which we observe all the stages, getting the same spicy taste. Due to it, it is almost impossible to confuse Tonkatsu with any other sauce.

The Tonkatsu consists of vegetables and fruits, tomatoes in the form of pasta, apples in the form of mashed potatoes, soy sauce and 10 different spices. The sauce is served mainly with meat dishes.
