Author's Recipe: Soup with Fo Bo soup Base for soup Tamaki

Cooking method:

1. In a pot, add water and chicken thigh fillets, along with the ginger. 
2. Boil for 50 minutes, then strain the broth. 
3. Cut the chicken thigh fillets into small pieces. I
4. n the chicken broth, add Fo Bo soup Base for soup Tamaki, lime juice, and coconut milk. Adjust the seasoning with fish sauce or salt to taste. Bring to a boil and add chopped mushrooms. 
   
5. Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package. 
6. Divide the cooked rice noodles into bowls, add pieces of chicken, green onions, soybean sprouts, and herbs. 
7. Pour the broth over the noodles. 
8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and basil. 
9. For an extra spicy kick, you can add chili paste or fresh chili peppers and vinegar to the soup.
