Beef with vegetables and cabbage inJapanese Garlic soy sauce Tamaki

Cooking method:

1. Cut the beef for steak into thin slices across the grain. 
2. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and boil them in salted water for 5 minutes. 
3. Drain and cool. Finely chop the chili pepper and onion. 
4. Heat sesame oil in a skillet. 
5. Sauté the beef for 3-4 minutes, then add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes over high heat. 
6. Pour Japanese Garlic Soy Sauce Tamaki over the mixture and cook for an additional 3 minutes. 
7. Add salt to taste. Crush the roasted peanuts and sprinkle them over the finished dish.
