Shakshuka with Tamaki Sriracha sauce

Cooking method:

1. Place the tomatoes and bell peppers on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, then remove the seeds and skins.
2. Grind the pulp of the tomatoes and cut the sweet pepper into strips.
3. Chop the green cilantro.
4. Heat olive oil in a batch pan. Add garlic, lightly fry, add tomatoes and peppers, add marjoram, ground black pepper and salt. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes, pour Sriracha sauce over the vegetables.
5. Make indentations in the vegetables with a spoon, add eggs one at a time, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Serve Shakshuka in this pan, sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
